Hispanic Heritage Opening Celebration & Keynote Address

The Hispanic Heritage Month Opening Celebration is a traditional ceremony to commemorate the University of Mississippi’s official recognition of Hispanic Heritage Month. As a part of the celebration of culture and diversity, the opening celebration will feature José Galvez, photographer of Hispanic immigration in the south, as the keynote speaker.
Hispanic Heritage Films Series
Beginning September 21st, a series of films will be shown in Spanish with English subtitles. All films will begin at 7:00pm and will be held in the Lamar Hall, Room 131. See the trailers at: SpanishFilmClub.com. For More Information, contact Professor Diane Marting at email@example.com.
