The Mississippi Outreach to Scholastic Talent (MOST) Conference is an educational recruitment conference for prospective African American students (high school class of 2024) from Mississippi. This one-of-a-kind experience will be hosted in two sessions: Friday, June 23rd – Sunday, June 25th AND Sunday, July 16th – Tuesday, July 18th, 2023. Students will be able to preference a session during registration and will only be allowed to attend one session.

The goal of the conference is to expose prospective students from the state of Mississippi to leadership activities, academic offerings, campus resources, faculty, staff, and student leaders. During the conference, you are also paired with mentors who will remain connected with you through the college admission process and throughout your freshman year. MOST Conference attendees are also invited back to campus to participate in a reunion event during the fall semester.

This conference is free to attend with all meals, lodging and materials provided for participants. Please note that application submission does not guarantee selection. Applications will be evaluated on a variety of metrics to include quality and completeness of the application.

This application opens on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 and will close on Friday, March 31, 2023.
