In partnership with various departments and student organizations, the Center for Inclusion and Cross Cultural Engagement will host the 2nd annual Sister2Sister Leadership Retreat. The retreat will address issues that impact African American woman on campus and in the local community while also highlighting the benefits and challenges associated with attending an institution of higher education. The mission is to provide a forum for engaging and interactive discussions regarding personal, social, and academic responsibility while attending the University of Mississippi.

The Sister2Sister Leadership Retreat is co-sponsored by Fed Ex, Department of Student Housing, Ole Miss LuckyDay Program, UM Career Center, Ole Miss Athletics, E.S.T.E.E.M, National Pan-Hellenic Council Sororities, and the Black Graduate & Professional Student Association. Pre-registration is required and space is limited.  Admission is free and open to all UM students, faculty, and staff. However, space is limited.
